St Austin's Church will be open for private prayer at the following times from Tuesday 30th June onwards:
Tuesdays: 9.30a.m. to 11.300a.m.
Thursdays: 2.00p.m. to 4.00p.m.
Saturdays: 2.00p.m. to 4.00p.m.
When you come to church for prayer there will be strict guidelines to follow with regard to hygiene and social distancing. Entry will be via the usual side door of the main entrance. Please sanitise hands in the narthex with the equipment provided. Stewards will be around to show you to a place in church via the central aisle only. Votive candles are available in front of the altar. We kindly ask that you do not go to other areas of the church. When you leave please exit via the old baptistry (the door to the left of the altar). Please sanitise hands on the way out and do take care on the steps and pavement, particularly when it is wet weather. The measures put in place have been set and approved by the diocese and follow advice from the government.
Please note that the toilet will NOT be available.
